The existing four individual buildings, erected between 1865 and 1869, in the first district of Vienna, have been converted into a 5 star hotel. All four buildings are under protection by the preservation authority – „Schutzzone“.
The Ritz-Carlton, Vienna hotel contains 210 rooms including three suites, a lobby lounge and foyer with the historic main stair case, conference rooms, an á la carte restaurant and a bar, as well as a chi-spa with an indoor pool plus wellness area.
The structural system was improved together with logistic measure. All mechanical building systems were renewed.
